Astralis is the most lucrative CS:GO team ever, with prize money winnings amounting to $9.7 million. Despite having more overall titles, NAVI trails in the money department by $160,000. FaZe is a distant third with $7.2 million.

Ninjas in Pyjamas is the team with the most maps played in CS:GO. NiP’s 2,258 maps give them a comfortable advantage over second-place Virtus.pro and their 2,089 maps. Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg has the most maps for NiP as a player, with 1,627.

Team Vitality has the all-time highest CS:GO rating as a team. Vitality players have maintained an average rating of 1.06 in 979 maps played. That’s enough to give them the edge over Renegades, FURIA, ORDER, and TYLOO, all of whom are historically averaging 1.05 as a team.

87-0: That was Ninjas in Pyjamas’ record in their first 87 maps played on LAN in CS:GO. It took over 7 months and 10 LAN tournaments for NiP to lose their first map in CS:GO, to Virtus.pro at the StarSeries V Finals. VP defeated NiP twice in that event, announcing to the world the end of Swedish domination.

Australian team ORDER has the highest winning percentage in CS:GO. ORDER has won 56.3% of all rounds played across the 885 maps the team has participated in. TYLOO is in second place with a 55.4% win rate. Ninjas in Pyjamas’ 53.4% is the highest among the five teams with 2,000+ maps played.

Ninjas in Pyjamas have won the most tournaments in CS:GO. Their tally of 29 trophies on LAN ranks them ahead of other storied organizations, fnatic and NAVI, who have 26 and 25, respectively. More than half of NiP’s titles were won in 2012-2013.

Astralis has won four CS:GO Majors—ELEAGUE Major 2017, FACEIT Major London. IEM Katowice 2019, and StarLadder Major Berlin. That last title in Berlin allowed Astralis to overtake fnatic’s previous record of three Major trophies and sit alone atop the CS:GO Major mountain.

Ninjas in Pyjamas and NAVI share the record for most CS:GO Major final appearances. Both teams have played in the last match of a Major five times. Unfortunately, both only got a single title to show for it.

NAVI has the most playoff appearances in CS:GO Majors. NAVI has finished top 8 in 15 of the 19 Majors. They played in the grand final on five occasions, winning their sole trophy at PGL Major Stockholm.

Fnatic was part of the playoff picture at every CS:GO Major from the very first one, DreamHack Winter 2013, to ELEAGUE Major 2018. Fnatic’s record-setting streak of 12 consecutive Major playoff appearances ended at FACEIT Major London.

Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev is solely responsible for seven entries, Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács is the second best contributor to NAVI’s totals, with five Top 20 selections. The eloquently titled event Acer Predator Masters powered by Intel Season 1 Finals produced the longest ever LAN match in CS:GO.The grand final’s odd 4 out of 7 format allowed HellRaisers and mousesports to go to 164 rounds, with HR winning three maps in a row to win 4-3. Heroic, who holds the longest single map LAN record, also participated in the longest 3 out of 5 match, playing 161 rounds vs. TYLOO at Toyota Master Bangkok 2018.

Heroic and Envy played the longest map ever at a CS:GO LAN at DreamHack Open Bucharest 2016. These teams needed 6 overtimes and 65 rounds before settling the winner. Heroic won 34–31. It was their only win at DreamHack Open Bucharest, but it etched their name in CS:GO history nonetheless.

The Intel Grand Slam gave CS:GO teams the opportunity to earn $1 million if they win four titles within the span of 10 events organized by ESL and, for the first three seasons, DreamHack. The fastest ever Intel Grand Slam was achieved by Team Liquid in Season 2. The NA squad set an unbreakable record by winning four consecutive titles in the span of 68 days. The other three Intel Grand Slam winners all needed at least seven events to get to the finish line.
